Why is that when you get used to one shampoo, your hair decides it's no good anymore?

It's not your hair. Well that's what I think. It is the shampoo manufacturers. They change things to improve the product. Similar to when supermarkets decide to change the aisles. It's just to confuse us you know. (and they do). It doesn't work.

Tried and tested is the best, everytime.

I may be wrong about this. But think how they change other things like the size of Cereals, Mars Bars, they must change products we use as well. Why is that when you get used to one shampoo, your hair decides it's no good anymore?
It is kind of like the flu virus mate. Every year the flu adapts to our immune system and breaks it down. And every year we come up with different vaccinations.

So the hair sort of adapts to the shampoo you're forcing on it.

It goes for almost anything. Say exercising only one type of exercise won't get you anywhere. Your body will adapt to the strain and make it a habitual routine. Why is that when you get used to one shampoo, your hair decides it's no good anymore?
