One of my friends is telling me she quit using shampoo and she is using baking soda and apple cider to clean her hair, in any case she looks spectacular, Is this true can you clean your hair like this?Does any one ear about not using shampoo to clean your hair?
yes it is true. using a combination of vinegar and baking soda as a rinse for hair [instead of shampoo] cleanses the hair just as well. baking soda absorbs excess oil from the hair [cleaning it] and vinegar seals the folicle of the hair [making it smooth and shiny] and prevents and treats dandruff.Does any one ear about not using shampoo to clean your hair?
it keeps the requisite oils and other lubricants in the hair folios. Rememebr - hair isn't a solid, it's actually hollow.
i dont see why not but im weird so ill stick with shampoo...
