How much shampoo should one use?

It depends on shampoo and length of hair. I use lotz because i want softer, cleaner hair.How much shampoo should one use?
U should take little on ur palm, if ur hair length is long then u should apply more.How much shampoo should one use?

You want a good lather, so however much that takes.
You go by the thickness off your hair and if its long or short for long thick hair use


less teaspoon if short and thin a dab will do.NBut suggest washing twice for long

as much as u should to clean ur hair and leave some hair to clean the next time... I think they prescribe how much needs to be used and special medicated ones suggest dilution!!! simply follow the instruction.... but it also depends on the amount of hair u have on ur head...
girls should use a good size amount of shampoo, especially if they have longer hair. guys should use about a quarter size.
how ever much it takes to get your hair clean is how much you need which is not that much!!!!!!!!
